Insurance

We are currently a preferred provider for most insurers through the Northwest Rehab Alliance and currently accept Workman’s Compensation, Automobile Insurers and Medicare.

In most cases, we require the referral of a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, or dentist; however, through Direct Access we are able to see patients without a referral, although this may not always be covered by insurance.  Either way, the choice of where you attend Physical Therapy is always yours.

We will bill your insurer as a courtesy to you and can also bill any secondary insurers.  We will also work with you to obtain any necessary prior authorizations for services.  Just call us in advance with your insurance information and we can verify your benefits for you so there is no confusion about your coverage.
